Bidisha Biswas Receives Fulbright Award

Professor Bidisha Biswas is in Portugal on a Fulbright this Fall! Her research project is titled Understanding Changes and Challenges to the International Order. She is based at the University of Lisbon, and will be traveling to other parts of Portugal, as well, to give talks on her ongoing research. Dr. Biswas is also trying hard to learn Portuguese language and Portuguese cuisine!
