Linguistics Club

Western's Linguistics Club is a student-run organization intended to be a place for students interested in language to work through ideas together, learn something they may not encounter in their classes, and meet like-minded individuals. On average, meetings consist of a “Crash Course” talk or general discussion and planning between club members. The club has hosted countless guest speakers, including Western faculty and Ph.D. students from across the country, to discuss various intriguing topics in linguistics.
