Charles Hoffman received his MA in International Relations from Boston University and his PhD in Political Science from Indiana University. He joined the faculty of the Political Science Department at Western Washington University in 2004.
Dr. Hoffman’s research interests include comparative political and social theory, the history of political thought, citizenship and social change, and European politics. He teaches courses on Classical Political Thought, Contemporary Political Theory, and Issues in Political Theory.
