Dr. Washburn is beginning his second year as an Assistant Professor of Secondary Physical Education and Health in the Health and Human Development Department. He has a passion for facilitating future teachers' professional development from both scientific and dispositional perspectives. He lives with his wife and daughter in Ferndale. When not working, Dr. Washburn enjoys spending time with his family and being active outside.
