Donna worked in Western's Human Resources Department for six years, and transitioned into the English Department by making the huge move from the 2nd to the 3rd floor of the Humanities building. She has an MFA in Creative Writing, and uses her degree and her twelve years in payroll to manage the logistics of one of the largest departments at Western.
