Submission Instructions
Deadline to submit to PsychFest:

May 25th for talks
May 26th for posters

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:


All student submissions are accepted to PsychFest. Your submission is your intention to present at PsychFest. Posters do not need to be completed at the time of submission.

Additional instructions to create your poster are presented on the PsychFest Submissions page. Please note that all posters must be printed and displayed, even if the authors intend to present over Zoom.

Please include a Zoom link with your submission (if you intend on presenting over Zoom, rather than face-to-face). During the scheduled time for your poster, please start your Zoom session, and people will use the use the Zoom links to meet with presenters and discuss their poster. Instructions on creating a Zoom session.

TALK PRESENTATIONS:

Talks will be 10 minutes long, with 5 minutes for questions.


Please answer all questions on this form.
Due to space and time constraints, the number of talks is limited. If your submission cannot be scheduled as a talk, the PsychFest Committee will invite you to present your work as a poster.
(Optional): Please provide a headshot or a photo that showcases your research and/or lab work. Please note, if you upload a photo, you are thus consenting to the uploads being shared through our department communications (social media and/or newsletters and/or letters to donors)

(Optional): Please submit a short (max. 1 min) video that showcases your research and/or lab work, including a few sentences about the main highlights of your work: research question, main findings, and/or implications.
