Donald Alper

Professor Emeritus (1971-2015)


In September 2015 Professor Emeritus Donald K. Alper, who retired after 43 years at Western, received the Outstanding Faculty Leadership Award, for his service as director of the Center for Canadian-American Studies and founder and director of the Border Policy Research Institute.
